Riders Alert, road between Richards & Carlos in Houston area I received the following e-mail from a friend that rides with the Gypsys. Be CAREFUL..!..!

All Houston Area Motorcyclists, I just received this through the grapevine. Beware! BroLes Hey folks I just wanted to send out an email to warn all bikers. As most of ya'll know, Gemmie went down on Saturday. Well the last I heard there were at least 7 M/C wrecks between Richards and Carlos on Saturday alone. (1) was a fatality. Just to let everyone know to please be careful in the Richards area. The is a lot of gravel, not only on the right side of the lanes but all over the road. Further, anyone that decides to go west on FM-3090 from Hwy 244 towards Navasota. Please observe all the speed limits signs before entering curves. We observed that when the curves say 35MPH you should go 20MPH. Some of these curves will eat your lunch and there is also gravel on all the curves. There has been little to no road clean ups. Please pass on to all your bikers friends and buddies.
