Safety on the road is for EVERYONE. Being observant of our riding conditions for weather and traffic is very important. It is our goal to help everyone be more SAFETY CONSCIOUS while riding on streets and highways. It is important to not allow distractions to over-take your attention to driving.
This is one of the State's most popular tours for motorcyclists and tourists. If you plan to take
this ride, may we suggest you base your camp(motel) in Alpine, TX. Several are available for
most any budget. Then, you have two options on how to take the tour. One is by going south and
directly into the park. At last report, entry fee is $4 per vehicle that is good for one week. Tour the
park and then when coming out of the park. . . turn left and go east to Presidio, TX,. . then north to
Marfa, Tx. . and then right to Alpine. Or, the other way is to go from Alpine, TX to Marfa, TX and the
reverse of the directions described above.
